We’re excited to announce O‘ahu’s first sustainable Tesla carshare service has launched at Turtle Bay Resort.
Surrounded by pristine beaches and lush landscapes, Turtle Bay is just a few minutes away from historic Haleiwa town and famed surf breaks, Banzai Pipeline and Waimea Bay.
Dedicated to resort guests and Turtle Bay condo residents, this exclusive amenity makes it easy and convenient to see all the beauty and explore the vibrant culture of O‘ahu’s North Shore.
HOW ENVOY'S CAR SHARING APP WORKS:
REGISTER
Create an account and register with a valid driver's license and credit card.
ADD LOCATION
Add the location "Turtle Bay Resort" and input the access code that will be provided in your booking confirmation email, or check in onsite with the Concierge.
RESERVE
Book your electric vehicle by the hour or the day! Select the date and times for your trip, then pick your preferred vehicle from the available options.
START RIDE
Pick up and drop off with Valet. Press Start Ride to begin your trip and unlock the car. During your ride, use the app to unlock and lock. Parking & charging are free at Turtle Bay while using Envoy.
END RIDE
Return the vehicle to the valet, report any new damage, and follow the prompts on the Envoy app to end your ride.
HOW TO ENVOY
PICK UP & DROP OFF
1. Book your Tesla through the Envoy Mobility app by selecting your hourly, daily, or weekly reservation.
2. Once you’ve made a reservation, just start your ride through the Envoy Mobility app, and check in with valet to pick up your vehicle.

3. At the end of your reservation, just drop off the vehicle with Valet, and end your booking using the Envoy Mobility App.

4. Parking and Charging are complimentary at Turtle Bay Resort while using Envoy. Enjoy the ride!

Push In = Park
If you get a "Tap Card" message, just press unlock on the Envoy Mobility app.
Charge Port
Tesla charge ports are part of the left back tail light.
Tap the tail light cover, or open port from the inside the vehicle using the touch screen.
