Skip rental lines at the airport and just grab a car at the Resort when you need one. With complimentary Valet and Free Charging at the Resort, sightseeing and island explorations have never been easier.
Resort guests now have exclusive 24/7 access to their own Tesla Model 3s.
HOW ENVOY'S CAR SHARING APP WORKS:
REGISTER
Register your account using your cell phone.
Add your payment method while your driver's license is verified.
ADD LOCATION
Add your location "Koa Kea Resort on Poipu Beach"
Input your access code that will be provided in your booking confirmation email (Or ask the concierge desk).
RESERVE
Reserve your EV by the hour, the day, or for your entire stay!
Just select the date and times for your trip, then pick your preferred vehicle from the available options.
UNLOCK
Press "Start Ride" to begin your trip and unlock the Tesla.
During your ride, use the digital key on the app to unlock and lock.
END RESERVATION
Return the vehicle to the Valet, and end your ride.
Follow the prompts on the Envoy app to end your trip.
HOW TO ENVOY
PICK UP & DROP OFF
1. Reserve your Tesla through the Envoy Mobility app. Rates start at $35/hour and $200/day, and include complimentary Valet and EV Charging at the Resort.
2. Once you’ve made a reservation through the Envoy Mobility app, just start your Envoy Booking, and check in with valet to pick up your vehicle.

3. At the end of your reservation, you return the vehicle directly to Valet, and end your Booking using the Envoy Mobility App.

4. Enjoy the ride!

Gear Shifter
Push Up = Reverse
Pull Down = Drive
Push In = Park
If you get a "Tap Card" message, just press unlock on the Envoy Mobility app.
Charge Port
Tesla charge ports are part of the left back tail light.
Tap the tail light cover, or open port from the inside the vehicle using the touch screen.
As a reminder, all charging is free at the Resort!
